Last night there was a teeny tiny spider in the corner of the bathroom. This morning there was a Bathroom Bob... and no little spider. Munch munch. This would be fine except Bathroom wall Bob decided to become Bathtub Bob in the middle of my shower. Usually they don't reveal the teleportation technology when someone is in the room. It may not have been a voluntary jump though, as he didn't move for a while and was last seen drunkenly staggering around the plughole. Possibly Concussed Bathtub Bob. Bags not removing the corpse...

Dear ANZ,
Ringing me at 6:30pm for the second night in a row, while I am in the middle of cooking dinner, will not endear me to you. Asking me whether I can spare 15 min to answer a few questions and find out about a possible new term deposit system, will result in me giving an honest answer*. And no, this doesn't mean I would be willing for you to phone back in the next few hours, tomorrow or indeed some time over the weekend. I might be willing in about 2-3 weeks time, but given my bloodsugar levels at this time of evening, I wouldn't guarantee it. Maybe if you asked me to check some written information in my own time, at my own pace, you might get a civil answer, but sorry to the poor sucker who got stuck with this for a job, Not Now.
I really should introduce a service charge for their use of my time. After all, they do.

*I was very formally polite and didn't swear at all. I was not, however, friendly.
