stellar_muddleAnd after ~5 1/2 hour*, now have a finished swag. And it fits 2 persons worth of garb and shouldn't give the airline a heart attack - so far it weighs about the same as a heavy pack. Needs two leather loops put on so that the leather straps can be held onto it securely, but that can be done tomorrow. Really want a set of scales to check masses... Will pick up a mattress to go in it while over and then store it in NZ.
It was after packing everything up and looking on in satisfaction that we realised that we still needed something to store the clothing in while sleeping in the swag at CF... Still thinking on that one...
