Mince pies I think for dinner:), but for now, it is just about time to escape for the holidays. Suspect the work will be very quiet on Fri - should have taken the day off but saving for Festival...

All my friends are addicted to those pies now. As soon as people found out I'd made them on Craig's birthday the pies all vanished. I'm making them by the dozen... Might make them for dinner tonight...
