Gingerbread syrup recipe
Screw the coffee component (though it may be interesting), I want to try it in hot chocolate...

Yesterday got up to 28 degrees, today it's 15 degrees out... It's cold up here. Just as well I brought an extra jacket - may need to resort to the extra wool layer.

And after somewhat of a break, I brought some sewing in with me, to work on in the bus. Fabric, pins, thread, scissors... but not needle. Doh. That will teach me not to start the next thread and keep the needle on the garment.

But at least I have home made meat pies for lunch:)

I didn't get around to picking up the ingredients. Still want pies though, might pick up stuff tomorrow

I grovelled lots and got Z to pick up the pastry... Interesting to see how much the recipe had changed from the original.
