Blacktown Medieval Faire, forges and pewter casting [Edit 1- see comments by Basal_surge]
Stowe Fooles Feast, gloriously bad garb and fun. [Edit 2] Highlights included a brass brasiered (paper mache) Valkyrie, gold star'ed, green panne crushed valvet gown and hat from Shrek (1 or 2), pink polkadottes in both elizabethan and earlier, blue woaded and leathered "Guenivere" from the last King Arthur, several from First Knight. There was hobby horse jousting, several SCA dances, conical princess hats with rotating propellers, leading to "turbo-codpiece"...
Lots of travel
A really nice stary night (pity about the dust obscuring around the horizon)
