And so the annual biltonging for CF begins...

Still using this recipe, but not rinsing and adding periperi as well as pepper. Possibly garlic as well but still thinking there.

While nice for the event, the biltong is of most use to prevent murder during setup and take-down and for the driving to and fro.

Plums have already been dried and apples will be done later.
