Nagging headach last night, with sore neck. Beaten to quiet growling in a corner with panadiene, but still there.
Definitely still there this morning. There enought that after taking more panadiene and having a shower I contacted the appropriate work authorities and went straight back to bed. Slept til noon.
Now what to do...
The problem that most of my ways to spend time involve hunching over something - computer, sewing, wirework, book etc. Not good. So shouldn't do large doses of those.
Instead since said heachache is still at the background growling level, I am going to walk to the local pharmacy for alternate painkillers etc, then spend some time checking up and implimenting a basic series of stretches to loosen up and try and stop things going argh in the first place.
And then maybe bake ginger or peanut butter cookies...

It's Anzac biscuits.
Sort of the newer recipe since I don't have any coconut.
Interesting to note the historical recipe from the Australian National War Memorial with the original Arnott's recipe.
Maybe more comments when I try one.

And given how long I have taken to write this, the first one worked well - towards the chewy, rather than crisp end, which was what I was aiming for. Used rye flour (1c rather than 1/2 cause I wasn't paying attention to the right recipe) and raw sugar. Will remember not turn burn the lot currenty in the oven.

Further edit: bugger, they crispen up upon cooling. Still pretty good though.

WRT stretches,
Preventing and healing* Carpal Tunnel Syndrome & Repetitive Stress Injuries in case it is the neck that is responsible.
Here for the same websites more general line up.
Slightly more cohearant than here or maybe just trying to sell slightly less.
