It is warm and sunny, (not stinking hot and sunny, but is windy...), which should be a good combo for ANU Clubs day Market on Campus. I hope people remembered their sunscreen. There are advantages to getting involved in clubs with the nous for sunshades:) AAF, SCA and Kaos should all have had stalls, and it will be interesting to hear how they went. I miss being on campus and helping out with that sort of thing. Loaned a large stack of stuff for the SCA stall but it is not quite the same... The conversations at afternoon tea when you couldn't be bothered changing out of garb...the only way some of the academics found out about Clubs day occasionally. Seeing what other PhD students were storing in their offices overnight for their clubs...

On a less reminiscent note, have started putting parrot seed in the "water fountain" in the front yard at home - and it has started sprouting parrots!:) Two ones with red heads, yellow/green torsos, black wings and blue tails:), sulphur crested cockatoos and magpies. The magpies are less of a bonus but still... How much noise they will make around dawn, while looking for food is yet to be discovered though.

1 undertunic for Zane started and finished and another finished from last Easter. Now only my tunic left to finish from last Easter:), and a whole bunch of other items to start and finish before this Easter. Round 1 blue linen trousers were too tight, so crotch gore was removed before it exploded out and will be replaced with a more lozenge shaped piece this evening. And it would be on the version where the new sewing machine and I did really nice exact placement. Oh well. I use new in an acquired manner - the sewing machine series number was allocated around 1902-1903. Seems perfectly happy to go forward and backwards though, which is all I want at present. We will see later about the 4 layers of canvas...

Need to engage brain more- currently it is grinding to a halt on reorganizing line lists. I am attempting to weed out duplicate lines, but unfortunately none of the lists agree that accurately. This is slightly disturbing but handleable. Just 1000s of lines long though... and possibly missing some and too many of others...

Need less late nights.

Right, back to H6420 and CO....
