A couple slightly different drinking games:
The contempory romance drinking game
The Regency Historical Drinking game
And for those who didn't see it the first time, The Sharpe Drinking game

And I am out of trashy (or even vaguely decent) bodice rippers to read... Sigh...

Have you read the Georgette Heyer Regency novels? They are quite well written and tremendously amusing, and seem to have ruined me for all other Regency trash for all time.

Nutmeg (our dog) ate one of my better halves Georgette Heyer novels this morning... She got rather upset which did not help when I stated "Come on honey, its a book but it hard rates as literature...."

Maybe, but they can be difficult to get hold of, sometimes :-)

Yes, but it is annoying when someone else breaks into your junk food collection before you do...
As long as Nutmeg doesn't develop a taste for the hard(back) stuff...

Tried one a couple years back, but my tastes then were more towards Iris Johansen, Judith McNaught, Jayne Ann Krentz/Amanda Quick, Catherine Coulter, so it didn't quite grab me - may retry.
