Don't you hate it when you accidentally get 40% dark chocolate instead of 70%...
Looks like it will be 3 weeks in the field, one week back for a while. Sigh...

You could try baking with the 40% stuff, put it in cookies or cupcakes or something so that it's kinda disguised. I have a fab recipie for ginger and chocolate cupcakes that are fantastic. I'll dig it out at home if you are interested.

It was Cadbury's so I wasn't expecting the highest quality anyway and is survivable as is, but it was suprising. I have Schoc lime and chilli and peppermint to fall back on for the good stuff and various people have been recommending local chocolate suppliers.
Thought the ginger and chocolate cupcakes sound good anyway:)
