Cadburys - they now do a 70% cocoa mass Old Gold dark choc.
Nestle (very optional)
Ditto Hershey (for bottom dregs comparison...)
Belconnon Markets delicatessen Belgian (?) choc (sold in large lumps by the kg).
Z is checking a Melbourne source for Schoc...
Some form of white chocolate?

Current count is about 13 people, giving $65 to play with (minus some for savourys such as chips etc for contrast), with a few more days left.

Any I should keep an eye out for?

Valrhona do some nice stuff -- I liked their single-estate Madagascar stuff.

Plaistowe's special dark if you can get your hands on it. Comes in 64 and 72. A bit sweeter than lindt but richer.
