Some form of weed killer is probably a good idea. I suspect one of the main pieces of fun will be clearing the grass around the fire pit, although that proably wont need to be touched until the weekend before Festival. And I am sure the shower base can develop interesting grasses around it before then too. As long as something doesn't invade the drain pipe...
