stellar_muddleWas good today and managed 3/4 of an hour of driving practice this morning. Poor Z. He has the gloriously thrilling task of travelling round and round and round a carpark with me, occasionally stopping and starting and only very occasionally hitting the concrete curb. But I really need to get smoother with the corners and definitely on letting the clutch out... and that requires practice. The fun is finding time and temperatures when we aren't going to get too frazzled and snappy. Does go a lot smoother when relaxed and into a rhythm. More practice tommorrow morning I think.
And now it is hot and sticky and I am in grumpy bastard at the world mode. Lacking the hand strength to sew on tent eyelets* is particularly annoying, and lucet cord waeving issues just added wonderfully. I think a padded airconditioned room with soft toys to decapatate and dismember would be brilliant...
Oh well, just about looting time... Just as well as Z has just about created a nose piercing when finishing the eyelet. Change of scene time.
*6 layers of heavy tight-weave canvas + hessian ain't exactly light weight. Sewing machine wouldn't touch these bits with a 10 foot bargepole
