Chausses and Braies by Randy Asplund, who does note that his method is not quite archaologically correct, although fits well with the available iconography.
http://www.angevintreasures.com/aenor/braies.pdf, Pattern at http://angevintreasures.com/aenor/BraiesPattern.pdf. NB Also iconographic, 12th and 13th Century.
Some Clothing of the Middle Ages: Historical Clothing from Archaeological Finds by Marc Carlson: the archaological data. This is the full home page for the clothing. Shoes are here and leatherworking here.
Maggie and Martin's website: articles on extant 14th C garments, Viborg shirt, Osberg textiles/find etc. The good stuff:)
Cynthia Virtue's website (section on extant clothes under Clothing)
Archaological Sewing by Heather Jones
[Edit: And now some stuff on Braies aka How many different patterns can I find and their documentation levels]
Recreating 14th Century Braies by Ken Nye, writing as Edward Newman. Iconography only again.
http://www.thirteenthcentury.com/pages/braies01.html Several pages follow on from this, including a pattern.
Buckingham's Retinue: Braies
Men's 14th Century Clothing (No evidence or references given)
Conjectural Mid-14th Century Braies Not so certain about these...
http://www.larp.com/midgard/braies.htm Rather dubious end.

And then there is Marc Carlson's comparison - some of the less loopy links may look familiar there.

Sometimes you have to wonder what people were smoking when they were looking at the iconography...

If anyone has any other favourite hose sites (or extant medieval clothing sites), please post. I'll update this one as I find any more.
I think I have a bunch of the Viking ones linked elsewhere, so I haven't gone into those.

And while I remember, [livejournal.com profile] alpha_angel, do you have a copy of "The Medieval Tailor's Assistant" or is it a different one (or two) you have...? Just following discussion from the 12thcenturygarb (at) yahoogroups.com group. And how was the Living History weekend?

Yup, I have a copy of the Medieval Tailors Assistant. Used it for the foot pattern for my stockings. I do my braies Ulf-style - take rectangle of fabric, fold in half, sew in a third from each end. Hop in the hole, with your legs out either end of the tube. Make a long cloth belt, wrap around waist twice (ends up on hips) and tie off. Pull waist of braies up over belt and roll it all down until it doesn't come undone. Tie laces of hose to waist cord.

Doesn't end up with too much material between the legs? Admittedly less of a problem for girls than guys...

Nope, you end up with a pouch and the bulk gets pulled up to your waist.
