stellar_muddleIt has been a while.
I can spot when things have gotten a bit stressful at work. The number of random cat posts on Facebook goes up. I haven't inflicted the ones of cats nesting in a tree online yet.
Current projects are a pair of naalbinded socks for Z and learning to knit socks with double ended knitting needles. Test bootie is ok so far, but has an odd hole. Good book won over finishing it tonight.
I think I need an embroidery type project but am still paddling in the pool of indecision. Part of me wants to start more blackwork, but a calmly rational bit is telling not until I have made enough clothing so I can actually wear the stuff I have already made.
Mean rational bit...
And I wont start any german brickwork projects until I have good enough thread.
Sigh - really just want to be in the middle of a good project, just happily working away. Well away from bits where I need to make decisions...
Enough moaning - there has been successful peanut butter choc chip brownie, a good book in front of the fire, and a hot water bottle and the opportunity to giggle at a cat in a beanbag await.
