Greebo brought a second friend in to play. Suspect predeceased before bringing in as far less feathers up and down the corridor and under the bed. Only bit of wing, bit of end (there was a foot I think) and one unattached squidgy bit. Mostly eaten.

So corpse count of two over 3 daysthree over 4 days.

Well at least he hasn't dropped a live mouse on your chest just as you woke up....

It didn't happen to me but it is what Onslow did to Anthraxia.

Dead is preferable to live or mostly dead under the circumstances.
I had a cat who used to like stashing mostly alive sparrows under the bed. She lives out on Z's parent's farm (though not due to the bird stashing habit).
There was apparently a 3rd corpse this morning when Z fed Greebo.

Oh dear.

Then there is Collette's cat who has brought in a couple of rabbits recently and let them go in the house, she hasn't quite figured out yet that they are food and she is meant to kill them.

My mums three legged cat brings in rabbits and leaves them dead on mum and dads bed. Apparently they are not eating well as she keeps trying to suppulment them with rabbit. Pretty good for a three legged cat. Plenty of rabbits where they are though I so suspect they are slower.

Yup. I'm sorting out dinner for Saturday. Probably corned beef & roast chicken.
