I have assembled a tricorn hat (take wide brim felt hat and tack 3 edges up), but it needs something to lift it into malevolent hat territory...

What do people suggest?

NB: Needs to be non-permanent. I wear this hat to events. Needs to be doable either in the next half hour or over a half hour lunch tomorrow.

Why a malevolent hat you ask? Our quiz team is the Order of the Malevolent Hat of course...
