stellar_muddleIt is Boxing Day and we have been avoiding the sales.
This will be a brief summary cause it's someone else's snail paced dial up.
General points:
We are currently in hayfever central. Bumper uber crop of doom with plant sex from here to eternity. 24 hour dose antihistamines might last 12. Even Z has been struck down with it. Much sneezing and grumping. Hopefully things are less herbaciously erotic up north.
Christmas Day was warm and glorious and spent in a hilltop (oddly less hayfever :) ), surrounded by sunshine and greenery with plains before us and a mountain at our back. There were picnic tables and umbrellas and presents and FOOD (as is proper) and toy aeroplanes and stereos powered by lawnmowers and all was good.
Today in contrast was spent in cloud and rain, with the occasional hail while wandering up streams in search of petrified wood. The wasps were less welcome but mostly avoided (except by L).
Tomorrow we head a little further north, before heading further in search of banana passionfruit, cherries and planes in the following days.
