If you add up the stated volume of stuff to be freighted*, it only comes out at 4.4 cubic meters. This is however a calculated value, as opposed to how the boxes, chests and fabric rolls actually stack...
We gave an estimate to the freighters that it would be ~9 cubic meters. Will be interesting to see what they think the (chargable) volume will be.
Doing up the box labels. Swag finishing and drawing pin expedition next. Thumbs taped up to prevent me from doing things that will make them hate me more. Makes doing things interesting but manageable.
Fingers crossed we make it to dance tonight (late cause people picking up stuff), or at least to the Cafe afterwards.
* We had to give length, width and height for each item, so 70 items wasn't long to calculate. Yay speadsheets.
alpha_angel, I may email you a copy along with out submitted packing lists so we have backups elsewhere (cause I'm a paranoid bugger).
