Mar. 12th, 2009 11:35 pmAn evening catching up on the Martha Jones Dr Who collection and filling in the gaps.
Finally got around to watching Human Nature and The Family of Blood. Not bad though possibly not what I had been expecting.
And then watched Utopia (which we had seen before and was the last in the series that we had seen in AU), The Sound of Drums, and Last of the Time Lords.
Ouch. Wish could go back and remove those last two episodes. Utopia had built things up really nicely then... Over the top, angsty wangsty, too preachy and starting to get annoying.
I would watch The Shakespeare Code to get a better flavour of Doctor back in, but it is 11:30pm on a weeknight, so too late.
Hmph. At least plenty of embroidery done.
