Jan. 14th, 2008 09:53 pmIt's that time of the month when I really appreciate painkillers, a hot wheat bag, hot chocolate and a good brainless bit of popcorn fluff to read.
Finished latest Harry Potter a little while ago (couple hours), and having giggled my way through a bunch of romance novel reviews, will set aside the Octavia Butler for when I can really appreciate it, and go for Anne Bishop - always good for this time of the month. After that, there is Julie Garwood (very bodice-ripery) and possibly Kathleen Woodiwis if I really feel like wallowing.
The Butler and Kim Newman (#3 in the Anno Dracula series) are definitely for later savouring.
