Fri evening: late night talking to people.
Sat: Tidying and sorting. Out to C's place for BBQ and bonfireage. It was good. There were no explosions and no bunnies were startled by hand grenades. Z and I crashed in swags beside the bonfire and under the stars. Worked well.
Sun: Breakfast with bacon and eggs over coals with leftover bread cooked in the coals last night. Then mad rush to airport to pick up H&A. Which we made in plenty of time. Home for crashing and caffiene, then off to the Botanical gardens for a mild parrot and garden fetish. Dinner then crash as the sleep deprivation all of us were under sunk in. I think everyone was asleep by 10pm.
Mon: Round 1 winery tour - The Barossa. 10 wineries visited and 10 bottles purchased between 4 people. 9 between 2. General sweeter trends. Yalumba was voted best, with Seppult second for sheer impact - grecian mausoleums and avenues of palms for miles. The fish and cat sculpture was very silly. Unfortunately the Fruit Wine place and the Blacksmith museum were shut til the weekend. Home, dinner and current crashing with books and catch up Torchwood.
