Museum toured. Very nice rocks. Meteorite fragments patted. Ediacaran fauna fossils drooled over.
And I have just distracted Z with this. Ok, so it is 12th century iron smelting in a blast furnace, but still sounds very cool. Apparently they are about to start their 7th (?) smelt. Nothing like random trawling of friends of friends lists to find interesting stuff...
