For those interested in embroidered books, Project Guttenburg has a copy of English Embroidered Bookbindings by Cyril James Humphries Davenport (1899). Some very nice pictures in there. Now if I can just get it to print ok - bloody large files... 81 pages? May print the text separately and then the figures...

Now if Matlab will just cooperate...

Edit: Nope, just a problem with the printer - I now have a nice copy with blown up images from the figure split over 2 pages.
And Ancient Danish Textile... may be arriving soon. YAY!!!!!!!!!

And bits of Matlab have cooperated (area under function = 1 so is normalized - doesn't explain why the continuum is at 3 but...), so now I need to fix the wavelength issue...

This is milo snarfing, especially the comments...
The problem is that if the Sun is basketball sized, the Earth is a little too easily lost. I could lose a couple planets on my desk at present. And you would end up sneezing comets...

Otherwise, enjoying the rain outside and the low and lazy clouds.

Time for a cracker expedition.
