"The THEORETICAL COMPOSITION of LIGHT and COHERENT RASER PRODUCTION and EXPLOITATION plus EPR Laser Twins" by Brian S. McMillan
Since light is considered to be the carrier of the "electromagnetic force" and is at the same time "charge" and "electrically" neutral. And because an electron or positron, when emitted from any source what-so-ever, is always shown to exist with a charge of "one". Then light must exist as the result of a "balanced" quantum state. Electromagnetic from the standpoint, that light must be composed of electrons to be considered "electronic" or "magnetic". Balanced from the aspect that, for a photon to remain "charge" or "electrically" neutral, the existence of an opposing charge or "anti-particle" would have to be present to permit such a condition.
