Apologies for looking so severe. I suspect I may get tired of the ties and add hooks and eyes behind, especially at the base of the collar where it is gaping slightly.
But the handsewn linen shirt with silk blackwork is done. More detailed photos of the collar etc can be found by clicking on the picture and checking the "Elizabethan shirt dress diary (Set)".
Now I need another hand sewing project... other than the naalbinding.
