I get that too! "Can I please speak to Mrs Giles?" Bloody crappers. I am practising the "I'm sorry there is no Mrs Giles here" and hanging up. If you come up with any good lines let me know, I'm hopeless at on the spot come back lines.
Now I just have to find a way to deal with the annoying charities that keep ringing once a month asking for money. I stupidly gave $10 once and now they won't leave me alone. Really puts you off being generous when you know that you are going to be continually harrassed for months to come.
