Leg cramps. Generally calf, generally right leg, generally turning up at ~5am.
Apparently fairly common in 2nd or 3rd trimester... Am finding the leg occassionally a bit sore for the rest of the day though.
Daily bananas not making any difference.

Date: 2011-11-09 10:06 am (UTC)Supplements may not work for everyone (the poor bioavailability of many mineral supplements rendering them little more than expensive poo tablets) but YMMV. I have no idea what the RDI of magnesium during pregnancy is, but I imagine it's higher than for non-pregnant folks.
