But I also have finished a green oilskin hood (commissioned mumble mumble NAAMA 07), and Z is now finishing the eyelets on the 2 oilskin cloaks, one green and one charcoal black (my bit of the machining all done). The green is a bit on the stiff side and a bit of a bitch to handle - the charcoal was lighter and drapes far more nicely but is almost too light for the industrial to handle. Should make really nice Napoleonic era/Brotherhood of the Wolfish greatcoat though (when I find a pattern). And the blue oilskin is about the same weight if there isn't enough for 2 in the charcoal...
So, this rescues the day from being a compete write off due to sleeping in til noon. Definitely a grumpy bunny if don't have breakfast early enough, even was really nice sleep in (yay new bed:) )
Banner inking in and painting next I suspect. Though I may be entitled to a bit of a break...
