Ain't memory a wonderful thing...

It makes the oddest connections and allows us to associate a particular food or smell with a time or place or the same with a piece of music.
For instance I connect the second part of Vaughn Williams "Fantasia on Greensleeves" with Franz Joseph Glacier of all places, and that piece of music is one of the earliest I can remember.
Surimi on fresh bread reminded me of various picnic lunches/dinner with Z around Church Corner, before heading back to Uni.
Scrambled eggs in a patch of sunlight on a window seat at Puriri St.
Pine, popcorn and Christmas.

And as for the oddball stupid trivia facts...(excluding numbers though, which is kinda irritating)

So why do I manage to forget the sodding passwords...
