warmth....

So, I can either suffocate in my office (hot, stuffy, blah) or have air circulating which includes the smells from the BBQ group prep in the tea room kitchen opposite. Neither is wonderfully conducive to concentration...

However, have had a wonderful 20 min dose of vitamin D at morning tea. Temperature highs have been in the 20-21 degree region for the past few days and it has been nice. Don't worry, weather is supposed to pack it in Sun-Mon, maybe even rain...

Time to head back to torture - paper draft WILL be sent off by the end of the day, even with BBQs and seminars. Must remember to comment out the bits that go wibble and blah blah blah.

Right, so draft paper was sent off to NZ co-authors at 2:50pm, which given the seminar 3-4pm and the general brain glug from 4pm til bussing home at 4:30pm, isn't too bad. Will definitely need more work though...

What is it about seminars that they either set your brain alight or send it dribbling out your ears? And why has it become more of the latter than the former these days?

Wonder if there is any cheese left?
