The default/usual image - no. Sorry but that is a small square of the globular cluster NGC 419, observed in the infrared, observations of which I am swearing at when I refer to J/H/K/L n419...

And in response to the second question, (mutter mutter re layout), the stars are the default one but there are 2 others. So, any giesses what this one is of?
