Cocoa snobbery :)

The 3/4 full tin of Signature range Cocoa has just been emptied out the back... and not on the compost heap for fear of scaring it.

It has been quite vigorously supplanted by the Blooker Dutch cocoa and especially the Equagold premium Dutch Cocoa, which Z thinks is even better than the Blooker, and is only ~$13 (in kg bags) from the town Moore Wilson. The latter smells like Whitticar's Dark Ghana...

Cocoa is cocoa to me...I appear to be fearfully iggerant of the subtleties involved!

I must say Whitticar's bittersweet dark chocolate was something I could easily get used to if I had more acess to it and a cooler climate. Although I expect a little more kick from a bittersweet chocolate - I thought it was a nicely balanced chocolate with very little bitter.
