You know that slapping me when I go off and leave a 10 min item in the oven... Luckily not burnt this time.
Cinnamon (and ginger) pinwheel scones with honey and sultanas in are good (known from prior experiance). Also good are garlic steak seasoning and parmisan cheese pinwheel scones (new experiment). And with the appropriate amount of butter soaking in and/or dripping off.
I'd send out a bunch to various people who sound like they need them at the momment but they clog up the disc drive. Virtual scones with tea/hot choc/coffee and maybe a large shot of whisky (as a side or mixed) instead.

Basic scone mix: 2 c flour, 2 t baking powder, ~1/2 t salt, ~1T butter or marge, ~1c milk. Combine dry ingredients and rub in the butter. Pour in about 3/4 of the milk and mix. If it is the right texture, great, otherwise add more flour (if sticky) or milk (if dry).
Pinwheels: roll out flatish and vaguely symetrical and butter as if it were toast.
Cinnamon: Spread honey over it, sprinkle with cinnamon and ginger. Sprinkle on sultanas (only over half if your partner has unnatural prejudices)
Garlic: Sprinkle over Gaganis Bros Garlic steak seasoning and grated parmisan cheese.
Roll up and slice into snails. Put on floured tray with spiral bit facing up. Bake at ~200-220 degrees C for about 10-15 min. Pay attention to the time if you are wandering off to check the internet. Don't burn them.
Really need to be pulled appart and have butter or marge melted into them and are nicest fresh out of the oven.
