Not the most constructive of days...

Nagging headach last night, with sore neck. Beaten to quiet growling in a corner with panadiene, but still there.
Definitely still there this morning. There enought that after taking more panadiene and having a shower I contacted the appropriate work authorities and went straight back to bed. Slept til noon.
Now what to do...
The problem that most of my ways to spend time involve hunching over something - computer, sewing, wirework, book etc. Not good. So shouldn't do large doses of those.
Instead since said heachache is still at the background growling level, I am going to walk to the local pharmacy for alternate painkillers etc, then spend some time checking up and implimenting a basic series of stretches to loosen up and try and stop things going argh in the first place.
And then maybe bake ginger or peanut butter cookies...

Buggery...
So what sort of stretches etc do you reccommend?
And would you vote for ginger, peanut butter cookies or muesli bars... or find some way of combining all of the above?

Stuff that stretches the muscles between your shoulderblades is good. There are a number of yoga poses that seem to do the trick - kinda hard to demonstrate... The one where you twine your arms together in front of you. Wrap your right arm under your left elbow, then put the back of your right hand on your left palm which should be facing you, then lift your elbows up. Then switch arms.

Peanut butter cookies!
I have to do a chocolate chip version for Craig sometime soon

Any good yoga exercise websites around...?
Ended up with Anzac biscuits... least I hope so - they say make sure they have room to spead out but they still appear to be solid little balls in the oven at present... Will make good trebuchet ammo if they don't work...
