Ebook reader case, closeup
More modern uses for fingerloop braid (in this case #8 A lace bend rounde of 8 bowes - 1475, CA 108).
The case is 2 layers of felt with heavy canvas in between.
I may couch more on (I have 2 30cm lengths left), or I could use them for other projects.
But it fits happily in my handbag.
The ebook reader itself has a few eccentricities - clock appears not to work and today I had some issues getting the computer to recognise it and I am using Calibre to convert a bunch of things given some quirks about larger .lit files. And I am uncertain of the battery.
But other than that, really good so far - easy to hold, nice to have a stack of books at your fingertips in your handbag for when you are on the train or waiting for dentists.
